Hello and Welcome
I’m Emma!
I'm beyond excited that you've found this corner of the internet! Here you will find a a space dedicated to multi-passionate achievement and sustainable success for women building multiple things.
As a performance psychologist with over 15 years experience and a perpetual love of learning [*multi-passionate*] I am a fairly curious human. This curiosity led me the question: How can multi-passionate women thrive across ALL their interests without the chaos, guilt, or burnout?
And the rest, they say, is history. That curiosity has led me to synthesise research across psychology, neuroscience, and high performance, and to create frameworks specifically designed for how multi-passionate brains work. Not advice to "pick one thing." Not generic productivity systems. Actual psychology informed tools for women building multiple businesses, projects, and pursuits.
When I'm not diving into learning and research or working with clients, you might find me pursuing my own athletic goals, getting creative with my paint brush, or researching my next learning adventure (yes, I probably have a tab open right now with another degree, any recommendations?).
Here at The Mindset Psych, I create programs exclusively for multi-passionate women to equip you with practical, sustainable strategies that help you turn your variety into your competitive advantage.
I'm an Australian-trained psychologist with a Master of Professional Psychology , Advanced Graduate Diploma in Psychology , and Bachelor of Social Work I've been working in allied health, performance coaching and psychology for over 16 years.

I consult with the female football initiative to develop programs to help young female athletes build mental resilience to thrive both on and off the field
I’ve taught in the field of social work at universities, contributing to the development of future professionals.
My work might be for you if…
-
You have a business + [insert all the extra that you’re doing there]. OR, you have multiple businesses, projects, or creative pursuits that genuinely matter to you. Even if you’re in the ‘exploring options/pursuits/projects phase, that’s okay! This is not about having it all together already, or trying to narrow down, it’s about thriving across ALL your interests.
-
You're high-functioning but probably overwhelmed. Your days might feel scattered, you’re jumping from thing to thing based on urgency, and you close your laptop feeling behind despite working all day.
-
Every productivity system feels suffocating. You've tried to focus on just one area, and it felt like neglecting parts of yourself. You need systems designed for variety, not single-focus.
-
You push hard across everything, burn out, crash, recover, then repeat. You know there's a more sustainable way, but you haven't found it yet.
-
You're not looking for hustle-harder tactics or quick fixes. You want psychology backed frameworks that help you build capacity, manage energy, and create structure that works WITH your multi-passionate brain.
But might not be for you if…
-
I don't offer individualised clinical services at The Mindset Psych. If you are looking for 1:1 therapeutic support for mental health concerns, please reach out to your GP for a referral to an appropriate practitioner.
-
If burnout is affecting your ability to handle day-to-day tasks, disrupted sleep, anxiety, low mood, physical health concerns, you need clinical recovery support first. My programs will not be what you need in this space and should not replace clinical support. Please always prioritise your health and wellbeing first.
-
If your goal is to eliminate interests and focus on a single path, that's a valid approach, but it's not what I teach. My work is for women who want to honour their multi-passionate nature, not eliminate it.

Out programs require ongoing learning, self-reflection, and experimentation. If you want a set-and-forget solution or overnight transformation, I can’t offer that. I just don’t have that magic wand [no matter how much I wish I did!] Any kind of change takes time and consistent implementation [it’s part of the human condition, le sigh!]
